  • For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for shipping fees.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping services for return items.

5. Inspection and Approval

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Refunds or replacements are issued if the return meets our eligibility criteria.

6. Refund Timeline

8. Cancellations
