We currently offer shipping services across all emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@gccprotech.com before placing your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened software, licenses, and digital products.
- Customized or special-order items.
- Products showing signs of misuse or physical damage.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- For customized, bulk, or special-order products, additional processing time may apply. You will be notified via email if this is the case.
3. Delivery Time and Method
- Standard Delivery: Typically takes 1-3 business days within Dubai.
- Other Emirates: Delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days.
- Express Delivery: Available upon request at additional charges.
We use reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery of your products. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery within Dubai is FREE for orders above AED 500.
- For orders below AED 500, a standard delivery fee of AED 25 applies.
- Delivery charges to other Emirates vary based on location and order value.
- Express delivery and special handling requests will incur additional charges.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- High demand periods
- Customs or import restrictions (for international shipments)
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
We will notify you promptly of any delays and work to resolve them efficiently.
6. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order through the courier’s website.
7. Receiving Your Order
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
- Upon delivery, inspect your package for any damage or tampering. If there are any issues, please report them immediately to the delivery personnel and contact us at support@gccprotech.com.
- If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the courier will contact you to arrange a redelivery.
8. Self-Collection Option
Self-collection is available at our Dubai store. Please select this option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
GCC Pro Technology LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please review your order details carefully before submission.
